The Pokemon Upgrade Item - A Special Evolution Item That Helps Trainers Evolve Certain Pokemon Into More Powerful Forms

The upgrade item is a unique item for evolution that allows trainers to transform certain Pokemon into stronger forms. It is made by a company called Silph Co.
